Inner thigh burn
Complete short video for both legs and repeat two or three times once you are ready. Always keep knee in alignment and engage inner thighs, gluten and core throughout for best results
Zero Impact Routine, Kingston Road
A very gentle routine which could be done sitting in a chair. For example, during the movement to the side just 'march' the feet on the spot from a chair.

Originally filmed to reach out to a member who could not attend Highland Hustle due to serious ill health in 2019 but may be welcomed by some on the recovery from illness with an uplifting song! A very gentle routine to get you moving.

Jessica braved the cold in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada to bring you a little routine to try at home. It can be very low impact so suitable for a range of ages. The Hustle is the chosen track by Van McCoy.

Don't worry if you don't all know the moves ... we have provided some short videos below with adaptions of movements so the whole family can learn and join in!
