DELIVERY
We aim to deliver all items within 14 days within UK. All postage costs are clearly displayed at checkout. For full details of streaming workout usage please refer to terms & conditions
Delivery of parcels will be attempted 3 times. At the time of order you can specify a different order location to your billing address or state a safe place to leave your parcel.
RETURNS
You are entitled to a full refund. Products are returned to Highland Hustle Ltd (contact us to arrange return). Please note: all products must be returned in their original state within 30 days. Products must not be used, should be in original packaging, in an undamaged condition. Products should be in a resellable state (i.e. without any distinctive smell, hair or laundry evidence).
The full postage costs are the responsibility of you, the customer. Returns will be credited to your account within 14 days of receiving the goods (we always aim to do this as quickly as possible). The refund amount will be the cost of the goods minus delivery charge and will be made to the original payment card at the time of purchase.
We do not offer an exchange of goods option.
Purchases not made directly on highlandhustle.com are not eligible for a refund.
FAULTY GOODS
Should your items be faulty please contact our customer care department to arrange a full refund including shipping costs.
INSTRUCTOR TRAINING:
Potential Instructors have 7 days from being emailed license agreements to cancel training and receive a full refund (minus a £10 admin fee).
If a potential Instructor has to postpone training they will be offered a place on an alternative training session.
After 7 days from being provided with licence agreement to 4 weeks prior to training there is a 75% refund offered for cancelled training.
From 2 -4 weeks prior to training there is a 50% refund offered for cancelled training.
From 1 – 2 weeks prior to training a 25% refund offered for cancelled training.
Once materials have been provided (digital or non digital) there are no refunds of training available.
In the unlikely event that Highland Hustle Ltd has to cancel training the participants will be offered alternative training date at a mutually suitable time.
